In CTW, we find it valuable to talk through conflicts we are supporting. We want to extend this to the rest of the community doing mediation and conflict support, in order to aid your personal reflection and growth, and help uphold the standard of support that you wish to offer.
We are offering a peer supervision group for you to:
- Talk through mediations and conflicts you are supporting
- Pace processes that take place over a longer period of time
- Receive facilitator support
- Talk through themes that come up in conflict (power dynamics, participant analyses/beliefs in relation to conflict, supporting trauma responses….)
- Get unstuck when you don’t know where to go next
Logistics
CTW hosts a 1x a month Peer supervision for conflict facilitators space on 1st Wednesday of the month 1-2.30pm. First meeting 5th of February 2025.
We meet online on zoom. To join please email info@ctw-uk.com
It is FREE to attend.
Format
In this space, we might have an open discussion about a theme, or you can request 121 or group support from whoever is present to gain perspectives on your issue.
Each month at least one member of CTW will be present to host the space and participate.
