- What challenges do you have when making requests and what are the conditions that make it challenging?
- When making requests is difficult or impossible, what other options do we have?
- How you can make requests that others aren’t making and when might you do that?
- How can you support others to make requests and when might you do that?

Other trainers are offering days on the Intermediate training programme for £110.
