About NVC Mediators
NVC mediators use their skills to create the conditions in which people feel safe enough to share their vulnerabilities and are willing to listen to one another deeply and with an open heart.
Tailoring the Conflict Process for you
The process is likely to begin with one or more 1-1 sessions with each person, prior to coming together in a joint meeting. The overall number of sessions will vary according to the nature of the conflict and the number of people involved. Each mediator will make their own decisions about what is appropriate.
Checklist of skills and recommendations
Each listed mediator has:
- assessed themselves against a checklist of skills and awareness
- submitted at least one recommendation from a mediation they have conducted, either alone or with a fellow mediator
- a complaints procedure on their website.
We encourage each mediator to have supervision, but please be aware that we are not an accreditation body. We recommend that you do your own due diligence by talking to whoever you are considering working with, so that you can ascertain whether or not there is a good fit.
If you want to be listed

This is the process for removing a mediator from the website.
